Our Recruitment team is situated at the HQ in the city center of Amsterdam and exists of a Talent Acquisition Manager, a Talent Hunter for EHPC, a Campus Recruiter and a Recruitment Intern. HOSPITALITY RECRUITER FT
As our new Hospitality Recruiter you will be responsible for all the different aspects of the recruitment process within the Entourage Group, both nationally and internationally. You have a large network within the high end restaurant scene in Amsterdam and preferably in the whole of Europe. Finding the right talent is your main priority and it is your role to make them enthusiastic and excited about our amazing restaurants.
Together with the recruitment team you are responsible for a diversity of projects and search for innovative ways to improve recruitment as a whole and bring Recruitment as a team to the next level. You are familiar with LinkedIn and other social media channels, have a passion for the F&B branch and follow the rapid development in this branch very closely. Your workplace will vary from the head office in the city center to the different properties of The Entourage Group.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are a business partner and advisor for the hiring managers for the whole recruitment process. Next to this you will be responsible for:Help build the employer brand marketing activities;Organize and attend recruitment events/fairs/talent days;Optimize social media networks regarding recruitment;Set up high volume recruitment projects;Optimize vacancy texts and job descriptions.Projects like: Rebranding our Employer Branding, Boosting our Referral Program, Implementing a new ATS
Job Requirements
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?You have a Bachelor degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or Marketing related;You have a large network of F&B professionals, both on operational as on management level;You have proven experience (minimum 2 years) in recruitment for F&B talents;You are always on the lookout for new talent;You are detail-obsessed, collaborating is your second nature and you bring a fresh energy to the team and the company, you come up with innovative ideas and you have a can do attitude;You have a natural talent for networking and expanding your network;You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
